Proper for rough operating conditions
Diaphragm Pressure Gauges are proper for rough operating conditions and attributable to design they are more shock-proofed and more resistant to vibrations than Bourdon-Tube Pressure Gauges.
The measuring element of such a gauge consists of a diaphragm that is fixed between two flanges. The pressure of media causes a deflection of the diaphragm that is transmitted by a motion work to the scale.
